The native win32 port (1.14)
<ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/packages/windows/freeciv-1.14.0-win32.exe>
has a different UI from the version I got with rh9 (1.13): the city
window lacks "next city" and "previous city" buttons, and most
importantly, there is no obvious way to set up CMA (f1 -> city list does
mention CMA, as "none").
Why?  How do I setup CMA?
