FreeCiv Worms is clearly different from Team17 Worms.  A disclaimer to
that effect (and not using any of their artwork) really should be enough
I dont think it appropriate to encourage agressive copyrighting of
dictionary words, like Worms, Illustrator, Windows, etc

("Team 17 Worms", "Adobe Illustrator" and "Microsoft Windows" are a
different matter entirely)
