Okay, I have the latest CVS update.  I presume the AI
diplomacy patch(es) are somewhere on this page:
http://rt.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=2413 but
I can't quite figure out what needs to be downloaded
and applied.  All the diff files in order?  Just
advdiplomacy.c and .h?  Or is it somewhere else?
