[Freeciv] Minor update for the Ancients modpack.

I created a version 1.4 of the Ancients modpack to go with the 1.12
release of Freeciv.  You do not really need it if you already have the
1.3 version of the modpack, since that appears to be compatible with
Freeciv 1.12 and version 1.4 only provides minor updates.

Those updates are:

 o Added Armenia.

 o Added a handful of leaders to the existing nations.

 o Added a splash screen for the modpack.

 o Removed some redundant .ps files from the kit.

A link to the new version of the modpack should show up on the Freeciv
Web site in a few days.  Meanwhile the impatient can get it at
http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/bdbryant/freeciv/ancients.html.
