[Freeciv] CivLog-0.6

It's a Java's Freeciv score log file reader and presents it using a power
graph.

Full Credits goes to Raimar Falke <rf13@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> and of course
not forgetting Michael Grundel <michael42@xxxxxxxxxx> for his precious
time and work.

Both whom had contributed greatly to this application. I just the admin
mainly. Thanks a lot guys! See Changelog to see the great among of work
they done including '2am work' :-).


What's new :

* Relative Graph. Like the one in Age of the Empires

* New data types like  "Gold in the bank", "Tax rate", ...., "Number of
cities rioting", "Happy population" etc. Patch to freeciv is needed for
extra data logs. Patch 'report.patch' attached. Michael's patch is the
latest but CivLog release version only support this patch at the moment.
This patch isn't compulsory to use CivLog(Old log file can still be
read).

* Previous settings saved. Like window size and the data types selected
etc.

* Use left mouse button to drag a selection that you like to zoom into.
Middle mouse button zoom in, and the right mouse button zoom out.

* Too much to be listed. See Changelog.
