[Freeciv] NeoTrident tileset and a deluge of flags!

Hi!

A little announcement. 
We've created a new tileset to freeciv. It's called NeoTrident. It's based
on the Trident tileset - but has been recreated with aerial photograps and
satellite images. 
Further, we've put up over 300(!) new flags for your enjoyment! Check all
of this out at http://www.lycanthropy.net/civ/

We're looking for feedback so that we can improve the tileset. 

We hope you'll enjoy the tiles and flags!
