The games are saved to the current folder. So the guess is to make
an extra folder for your games and start the server from this
location; for example:

mkdir $HOME/mygame15
cd $HOM$/mygame15
civserver

- or if civserver is not in your path -
/usr/local/WHEREVERITISINSTALLED/civserver
