I'm not a poweruser (read I don't have time to play freeciv at huge amounts of
time) so I think I don't play with the best strategy. Except leonardo which
I found usefull, the others are too early, the AI goes for them or are too
late. So I wanted to know if a oversee something related to the A. Smith
wonder. Maybe it can be obsoleted by something to reduce the value. Or I just 
need another target wonder during mid game.
