I added 1.9.0 and removed 2002/

Well I plan to do this, actually I want it all in a database so you
could search it all, but there need to be a lot of work before this
happens.  Also I would like to put it on a "real" machine with some disk
space.  (The current machine is a p-166 with 64mb ram and 1gb disk.)
