[Freeciv] FreeCiv metaserver is down.

Hello,

The FreeCiv metaserver at http://www.daimi.aau.dk/~lancelot/freeciv.html
is down. We don't know yet when it will be on. 

Recently, the possibility to use an alternate metaserver has been added
to FreeCiv. You have to use cvs version no older than 30 august 1999.

Server side:
   - new option --Metaserver (There is already --meta.)
   You can try either www.daimi.aau.dk(down) or www.freeciv.org
   An address is expected.
   The server won't warn you if you open a socket to a wrong address which
exists.
   
   - new command 'metaserver' to set metaserver to a given address.
   - new command 'nometa' to disconnect whenever you want.

Clients side:
   - new option --metaserver (Caps make freeciv options ugly.)
   An URL is expected.
   You can try either http://www.daimi.aau.dk/~lancelot/freeciv.html(down) or 
                      http://www.freeciv.org/metaserver/freeciv.html
