I would suggest setting the nameserver as a CNAME pointing to
freeciv.ultraviolet.org instead of an A record.  That way, if this happens
again later, as soon as the ultraviolet nameserver is updated, everything
else is too; no need to separately update the freeciv.org nameserver.
