[FreeCiv-Java] Release 0.006

is now up at http://software.complete.org/freeciv/.

New here is the race selection box -- everything is working, including
real-time graying-out of things others have selected, except for the OK
button :-)

Also I've fixed a couple of nasty bugs in GenericPacket.java.  These would
be due to Java's lack of an unsigned 8-bit type; certain numbers are
interpreted as negative, and so some extra hacking is required to make
things work right.
