[freeciv-i18n] word problem

hi,
I have a small problem, in S2_1 translation there is a line that says:
"Warning: There was an error in saving to the database. Continuing, but your
stats will not be saved."
I kind of know what stats means but is difficult to translate in romanian.
I also looked stats in merriam webstar dictionary (
http://www.webster.com/dictionary/) and i wasn't able to find the word. (i.
e. doesn't exist). Could that be changet to something "more" translatable ?
