[freeciv-i18n] es.po changes already sent

Well I want to be sure everything is fine now.

I sent es.po.. at last svn+ssh worked!!! Now I got an auto-reply email 
saying that my es.po is being held for review and the reason it gives is:

"Post by non-member to a members-only list", Is that becuase the list of 
developers is not the same as our list? I mean, thought I'm a member of 
freeciv, I'm not a developer, just a translater.. ?? I don't understand this 
email's sense..

Could anyone tell me what is it?

Thank you! And check es.po out, it is already in the SVN.
