[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#20110) Client crashes when choosing a technology

Hi

I have faced a quite weird bug in v2.1-beta2. Start a game, go to the
science report, enable Help checkbox, and choose the first technology,
i.e. Amphibious Warfare. The client will crash. It is interesting to note
that it does not crash when the Help box is not enabled or when other
technology is chosen. Based on this I assume that there is either a
problem with this technology info or some problem with the first item on
the list.

The saved game is attached. My player name is salex.
