I had an idea for a short game of Freeciv:
The winner will be the first player who builds...
1) At least two cities that are size 12
2) At least one city that produces 30 shields per turn
3) At least one city that produces 100 science per turn
Rapture growth will be essentially disabled (i.e. turns=99) during
this game. The starting units would be ccxxxww.
Is it true that lua's capabilities make creating such a game
possible?
