[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#19366) Window handling error?

Hi there,

just got my freeciv game attempt (version 2.0.8) crashed a multiple times. 
Don't know the exact reason, but it happened (this time) just after founding 
another city and renaming it. Thereafter it seems the city details window tried 
to open, but failed (I could see the frame top bar labelled with the city's 
name coming up, but then the error msg. appeared). Perhaps some kind of window 
handling isn't working?
