 Not completely. It has been in the agenda for a long time. I want
warmap code to work adequately meanwhile.
grep -r generate_warmap
 tells that several users remain.

 This particular patch is proving to be too much trouble for small
temporary benefit, however.

 Depends. Of course that's what we should eventually do. But now we
may get results faster by patching warmap code. I don't want to get
completely sidetracked to warmap->pf work. I *have* been looking for
obsoleted warmap parts to remove while patching it.
