Attached to this ticket are feler404's small building icons cropped to 
48x60 to fit the gtk2 client, and a .ruleset to enable them with.

Feler404's Freeciv related work could AFAICT be considered properly

As a side note: I just uploaded the blend sources he has provided so far 
to ftp. Can be found in the contrib/graphics/blender/ directory.
