This is barbarian bug 3 of 3 that I spotted with the latest SVN version.

The third bug I've spotted is an inconvenience - when you take over a
barbarian and make it human, it's not on "historian publishes" and not
on the player list, it'd probably be best if human overrides barbarian
and thus they can see this stuff. In addition, even if you've been
playing barbarians for all game, when you reload you have to take
another player when loading the savefile and then set allowtake b
again (see "AI Only?" barbarian bug) and THEN take.
