Hi Claudio,

Before you submit any patches to localizations, you should send an email
to that language's "primary contact" as listed here:
http://www.freeciv.org/index.php/Translations

Spanish language has no primary contact at the moment. Would you like to
become primary contact and maintainer with write access to the Spanish
localization?

As for Swedish, I'm the current de-facto maintainer of that language
myself. Send any suggestions for changes to the Swedish localization
directly to me. Note that I have committed substantial updates since
after the release of 2.1-beta1.
