[Freeciv-Dev] Main menu splash

I think a better main menu splash should be committed before 2.1 beta 1.

There's a intro splash screen contest going on in the forums but we can't tell 
when that is going to produce something usable.

Therefore I suggest we commit the splash by Trevor Fuson in ticket #12910. It 
has the classic Freeciv globe but with a sharper 'Freeciv' string.
