Like nationalities, location information such as "Western foo" is capitalised
in English, AFAIK.

All the others are religious or political leaders, but as Westphalian
history is short of female leaders I added her as well. After all
intellectual leaders are leaders as well?

I'm planning to add them later, I'd rather have the correct ones
than some preliminary replacements, but I currently lack the time
to collect the information, and as they're optional I left them
out for now.
