Another suggestion:

• Use the generic term "Leader" for Despotism. Better than the current
"Emperor"->"King" linguistic 'downgrade' when you move from Despotism to
Monarchy. Individual nations can still define their own (more powerful)
titles.

• Revive the idea of calling Anarchy leaders "Citizen": It carries the
same meaning as the current "Mr."/"Ms.", but we resolve the silly "We
Love the Mr. Day" messages that seem to confuse some newbies. (Reported
