Bugs introduced in the new diplomacy system:

• Neighbors offer me alliance quite early, but don't accept the deal 
themselves.
• Later on, I offer an alliance and they accept, but I can't accept it 
myself (clicking the button has no effect.) Other kinds of deals work 
though.

This is not perhaps a bug, but irritating enough:

• Every time I add or remove a clause and the result is not 
satisfactory for the other part, a "this deal was not very good for 
us..." message appear in the messages tab. This adds up to many 
identical messages.
