Instead, I expanded the Tibetan legend. The Uyghur legend is left  
untouched.

A theological question... But I still think Dalai Lama should be  
treated as a title.

I'd rather avoid adding Tenzin: Let's not add leaders that are current  
office-holders. The two Dalai Lamas on the list are the ones that have  
recieved the epithet "the Great"

I commited the flag changes already, so here's a diff for the Tibetan  
ruleset.
