Some questions that arose.

(1) Can there be comments on the city lines, like the leaders?

(2) Could we standardize on the comments?

   For example:
   ; founding year (-BCE), population, newer names
   "Scodra (hills, !ocean)",     ; -3000, 1000000, -Scutarii-Shkoder

This could feed the (modified) sort script.
