SVN HEAD 01 NOV 2005 GTK2

The PNG shows a little bug, I think. Tech 1 is discovered by Darwin, then
the next tech is automatically chosen and discovered at the same time,
because bulbs were fulfilled, then Tech 2 is discovered, and then another
science is targeted.

I think this is what happened here.

The automatically chosen tech is *not* on the way to the tech goal set.
Also, the Darwin Techs should be immediately subsequent, I think.
