[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#14440) data format errors affect i18n

issues the following errors:

data/nation/british.ruleset:6: warning: unterminated character constant
data/scenario/tutorial.sav:7: warning: unterminated string literal
data/scenario/tutorial.sav:374: warning: unterminated string literal

The first one is easy. Just do s/don't/do not/ in line 6.

The other 2 warnings have their cause in the way some script code is linked
in the tutorial. There are 2 lines with a single double quote.

This error causes the tutorial strings to be excluded from translation. It
has already been reported under
