A savegame started in 2.0.6 can be continued in 2.0.99 and even after that
continued again in 2.0.6
Loading such a 2.0.99 savegame in 2.0.6 looses all embassies without a
warning.
In the 2.0.6 savegame is
civgame+1280.sav.gz:[player0]
civgame+1280.sav.gz:embassy=18
while in 2.0.99
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:[player0]
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy0=0
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy1=1
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy2=1
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy3=1
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy4=1
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy5=0
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy6=0
civgame+1290m.sav.gz:embassy=0
It looks to me as if the old embassy variable is still present in new
version saves, but not set correctly (always 0).
