Here's a patch to remedy the aforementioned laziness and has the exact
opposite effect of my original patch: It will add Roman numerals where
one is 'missing'.
Also, to improve the quality of leader lists: Revised many spellings,
added surnames or first names where appropriate, added a few leaders.
Names I won't change without discussion: Egyptian pharaoh Cheops that
modern Egyptologists would like to call "Khufu". Plus the Persian
leaders Xerxes, Darius and Cyrus, who are called something quite
different in ancient Persian. See comments in patch.
