2 bugs :

- I can build all the building i want (library, harbour, university) without 
any cost ! You can see it from the first file (cost-575.sav.gz) and from the 
second (crash+1480.sav.gz). 

- Load crash+1480.sav.gz and press "s" (sentry the explorer). It crashes.

I'm using "freeciv-svn-Oct-12" compiled on a Mandriva 2005 (gcc-3.4.3-7mdk).
