[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#14303) Art: Alternative Arab flag

The current Arab flag is the national flag of Saudi Arabia. That is not 
a bad solution as such, but I have a suggestion how to make it more 
neutral.

My version of the flag has the image of a sword removed, a sword that 
is a symbol of Ibn Saud: founder of Saudi Arabia 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Saudi_Arabia). Without that 
sword, the flag is simply a Islamic green flag with the Arabic 
calligraphy pledge to Allah. The calligraphy part is enlarged and color
