CVS HEAD 26 SEPT 2005 GTK2
I have a longstanding alliance with Obasanjo (AI) and Napoleon (AI). Since
our enemy has suffered civil war and split (creating Dom Pedro I), both are
shouting
"We will honour our alliance and declare war on Dom Pedro I in 6 turns. Hold
on - we are coming!"
They never do.
