The AI now has the adequate strategy of just leaving its gameloss unit
in a city somewhere. But if I use diplomats to find out which city and
then do an all-out assault on it, the AI won't move the unit do a
different city no matter how unsafe the position becomes. Or so it seems.
This is compounded by the bug whereby the gameloss unit is rarely the
last one defending.
