However, I can agree that "true" Vietnamese looks quite out of place 
and is difficult to read in-game.

Attaching a non-accented patch.
Summary of changes with this patch:

- Clean up formatting.
- Added nation to Medieval group (was active during the medieval age 
too.)
- Added ruler title: Emperor/Empress (Vietnam was considered an empire 
for many centuries.)
- Added civilwar_nations.
- Expanded citylist.
- Removed Ho Chi Minh City since it's a duplicate of Sai Gon (Saigon). 
Ho Chi Minh's name is still represented in the leader list.
