I'm afraid I jumped to conclusion a little too early. It was just the 
leader_titles tag in the Russian nation that was malformed (a comma too 
many). Fundamentalisms may stay for the time being.

This patch fix the error plus remove a Roman numeral as discussed 
elsewhere.
