Description:
In many nation rulesets, the author has put an entry for
"Fundamentalism" in the ruler_titles tag. Doing so invalids the entire
tag and no custom titles are used.
Reproduction:
Play against a nation with an entry for Fundamentalism (i e Brazilian,
Polish etc). Make contact with that nation and check the intelligence
dialog. Only the standard rules titles are applied.
