[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#13677) Contributing Iroquois nation

Working on remedying the lack of historical American nations: Here's 
the grand Iroquois nation!

Found out that the Iroquois themselves prefer the term "Haudenosaunee" 
over the rather derogatory Iroquois. However, I believe few Freeciv 
players know about this name, so Iroquois it is.

This ruleset has one flaw: The city list is in alphabetical order (the 
state I found it in.) I wonder if this is worth reworking?

Anyhow, I hope this will make a nice addition the game. If anything 
else, the Iroquois national flag has a very nice purple color and an 
unusual design, so it will ease the flag clutter that tend to plague 
some games of Freeciv.
