Hello Freeciv-Developer-Team!

I like to play civilisation since version 1. But one thing disturbs me: If you like to play a "long game" and you have every technology, then you can't use the future technologies. That has effects to the further play, you maximize the tax rate, etc.

I have one idea to use the future technologies:
What would you think about using the number X of future technology for some future units, e.g. a "future inf" with the values 6+X/6+X/3 and so on? And the feature of every future unit is the automatic upgrade to the new values, if a player develops a new future technology and using stealth technology.

p.s.: and for the normal game I miss a flying transport unit
