[Freeciv-Dev] Freeciv 2.0.3-beta

In preparation for a Freeciv 2.0.3 release, we have made a betatest
version.  You can download it from:

  ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/beta/freeciv-2.0.3-beta.tar.gz

The reason for this beta is that we're concerned about possible bugs
with finding and researching technologies, particularly future
technologies.  Please test it out and report back successes or failures
to freeciv-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx.

A final 2.0.3 release should follow shortly.  There are numerous
bugfixes since 2.0.2.
