addtimeenemymove or whatever its called is buggy.

It resets time, whenever i issue a command within view of enemy. So, if i have 
0 moving points, and set a goto, it resets timer. I can do this as often as i 
want, so i get unlimited turntime.

It should only reset the timer, when i actually move.
