Has anybody noticed that the Freeciv Latest CVS Snapshots page snapshot
is stuck at freeciv-cvs-Apr-30.tar.bz2

changelog: changes.txt is updating (presumably correctly), but on
http://old.freeciv.org/latest.html, shows a constant date, "Apr 30 22:51"

Both http://www.freeciv.org/index.php/Special:Latest and
http://old.freeciv.org/latest.html
are affected.

I've sent email to jjm@xxxxxxxxxxxx and webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, but
there has been no response, and I don't know if anything has been
received by anyone.  This situation makes the website look abandoned and
blocks anyone without CVS access from examining the latest code.
