There was some bitrot in the ai bits that I'm about to go fix.
Meanwhile, new caravan.[ch] and gotodlg.c ; the GUI part
is far prettier now (still ugly code, but better).  The caravan
advisor code is now up to the coding standards, I think (and,
I fixed a minor bug).
