Feature Request: when a unit is teleported into another city (due to cancel
treaty), its status should be active idle after that, not sentried or
fortified. It's hard to find your units or even notice it otherwise.

You can read carefully the chat messages, but as I understand Per and
others, we're going to bother the player with these messages any more.
