In the units window it looks like I can only upgrade all units of a type 
(can be very expensive) but I may only want to upgrade a few.  Also, how 
does Leoardo's Workshop work to upgrade one unit for free each turn?

Its been 3 years since I played CIV2 (having migrated to CIVIII which has 
alot of problems in my mind) so it is refreshing to try out your FreeCiv.
