RFE: 2.0b8 City tab changes -variable field size, position, split build
progress
City tab change requests:
Make fields variable width so users can resize down or up as desired.
Make field positioning configurable, not just which fields are
displayed, but where too.
Split the build progress from the name of what's being built.
