To clarify this bug, it occurs when I use my scroll wheel on the mouse.  I
am using windows XP service pack 2.  In addition to this bug, the game
just seems to run really slow, especially for a game that doesn't have
tremendous graphics.  I have a 1600MHz AMD Duron processor and 512MB RAM,
so I would think it should not be so slow.
