Hello!

I've set LC_ALL:
LC_ALL=pl_PL.UTF-8
LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8
and ran civclient-gtk 1.14.

Report windows and message windows contained NO VISIBLE TEXT.
When I set:
LC_ALL=pl_PL.ISO-8859-2
LANG=pl_PL.ISO-8859-2
problems vanish.

I assume that civclient-gtk handles UTF-8 somehow incorrectly?
