Here is a full set of masks:

Of course it can never be truly complete.  We have to pick the
resolutions to use, as well as the aspect ratios.  The aspect ratios
used here are:

  classic - 1:1
  iso - 2:1
  iso-hex - 2:1 (probably bad, but this was easiest)
  hex - 1:1

The resolutions I chose were powers of 2 and half-powers of 2, except
for classic view where I added a few more common ones (45x45, 30x30, 15x15).

All in all it's fairly interesting.
